I now have to think about taking action against the solicitor acting for "the other side". Lawyers think they can get away with things because they work in the legal game. We as "ordinary" folk place a great deal of trust in them, and often we don't know what they get up to. Today I found out that something very suspicious is afoot. I have to act decisively, but no doubt it will end up at the Solicitors' Complaints Commission, adding more time and even greater heartache onto a situation that's been going on now for almost 7 months. It's a farce, but here we go again...
