Down to the cemetery I went, and miserable weather all the way there. Good to see Allan's family have sent a wreath; wondering of it was hand delivered or whether the florist did it? Anyway, Heather's heart stone was still there, so she'll be pleased. I did my usual cleaning of the headstome - make sure your name is golden my darling -and placed my pretty camp (gay?) Christmas wreath side by side with his family's one (the closest we'll get in this life...), had a wee chat with him and then came up the road to blue skies and sunshine over irvan - the view of the hills and Ailsa Craig was stunning.
